You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content on Incoplace you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and moderate that content as part of operating the service.

We do not pre-screen user content and are not responsible for content posted by users. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our discretion.

5. Moderation

Incoplace operates a volunteer moderation team. Moderators may remove posts, issue warnings, or ban accounts that breach these terms. Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting us, but we retain final authority over all decisions.

6. Advertising

Users who purchase promoted listings through the site agree to only advertise lawful goods and services. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement without refund if it violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All design elements, logos, software, and original content produced by Incoplace are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. The Incoplace name and branding are not to be used without authorisation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Incoplace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incoplace and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or harm caused by user-generated content posted by others.

Fraudulent listings. In Buy & Sell and similar sections, exercise caution with transactions conducted via external platforms. Incoplace does not verify the identity of sellers or the legitimacy of listings.
No endorsement. The presence of any external URL on Incoplace does not constitute an endorsement by Incoplace of that website, product, or service.

When you register, you provide an email address which is used for account verification and important account communications (such as password resets).
